During this session, Joan Simunic, PhD, J.D. - an attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, freedom to practice analyses, non-infringement analyses, intellectual property licensing, complex joint development contract negotiation, patent infringement litigation support, and M&A due diligence analyses. Will talk about issues to consider and ways to identify intellectual property issues that might arise in food and hospitality businesses, how to spot potential IP problems and when to seek legal support.
